Fight Simulator Lifetime Terms and Conditions

What these Terms cover:

These are the specific terms and conditions (Terms) for our Fight Simulator Lifetime Membership. These Terms are in addition to our standard User Terms and Image Licenses. If you become a Lifetime Member, you must also read, agree to, and comply with:

About the Fightmersive Lifetime Membership:

As a Lifetime Member, you will have lifetime access to the Fight Simulator Membership. The Membership allows you to access 10 new rounds of VR sparring footage with trained fighters every month.

The Lifetime Membership provides one user membership and can be taken out for an individual or a company. It is for one user and is non-transferable. If you wish to purchase a Lifetime Membership for a company, you must enter the company name as the name of the membership account and also enter a company email address.

How long does the lifetime membership last?

Once you have made your one-off purchase of the Fight Simulator Lifetime Membership, your Lifetime Membership will last until the earlier of:

• Your lifetime (if you are an individual)
• The lifetime of your company (i.e., until your company ceases to exist for whatever reason, which may include dissolution or liquidation)
• For as long as we continue to provide the Fight Simulator Membership
• The membership is terminated for any reason including Fightmersive ceasing to trade/ceasing to exist.

If your Lifetime Membership ends only because we are no longer providing the Fight Simulator Membership and Fightmersive is still trading:

• If we are providing an alternative membership plan or service that we think is a reasonable alternative to the Fight Simulator Membership, you may request to change your Lifetime Membership to the alternative membership plan.
• If we do not change you to an alternative membership plan, we will refund you the difference between the amount you paid for your Lifetime Membership and the amount you would have been charged for the equivalent annual Membership for the period you have been a Lifetime Member.
• You will still be entitled to use all footage while you were a Lifetime Member if it is available for the remainder of your/your company's lifetime.

About the Lifetime Membership offer:

We are initially only offering our Fight Simulator Lifetime Membership to the a limited number of customers for the price currently listed on our offer page (plus applicable taxes). We may decide to change these prices in the future, offer discounts, and/or sell a higher or lower number of Lifetime Memberships.

If you are due a refund of your payment for your Lifetime Membership for a reason included in these Terms or our standard User Terms, we will refund you the difference between the amount you paid for your Lifetime Membership and the amount you would have been charged for the equivalent annual Membership for the period you have been a Lifetime Member.

If you are a business, our total aggregate liability to you for all losses arising under or in connection with your contract with us, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Lifetime Membership.
